shift will be a start time between 5am to 9am depending on what shift is available at the time. Start time could change in the mronings. POSITION STARTS OUT AS A 3-6 MONTH TEMPORARY ROLE!! Job Description: Administrative Associate + Accurately enter maintenance work orders into the company's work management system. + Review field tickets, service reports, and job logs for completeness before entry. + Track the status of work orders and update records as jobs are completed. Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or data systems is preferred. + Previous experience in data entry or administrative support (oil & gas industry experience is preferred). + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with maintenance management software (SAP or eMaintenance or similar) is an asset. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and written data. + Excellent communication skills for working with both office staff and field personnel. + Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills + Experience handling work orders, purchase orders, or service requests. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
