The programme is designed to introduce you to the core activities of investment banking within a collaborative and professional environment. **Programme Overview** During this ten-week programme, you will join teams such as Investment Banking Coverage, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Debt Capital Markets. These teams help clients raise debt and equity capital, pursue growth opportunities, and manage financing risk. You will work on research and analysis, assist with presentations, and gain exposure to the internal processes that support live deals. Training and mentorship are built into the programme to help you grow your technical knowledge and professional confidence. **Summer Analyst Programme 2026** The programme duration is 10 weeks starting in late June 2026 and is designed to provide you with the unique opportunity to discover our CIB business, culture, and how we collaborate to deliver solutions for our clients. The programme offers organised activities such as classroom training and networking opportunities to boost your professional development. Combining strong relationships and industry knowledge with superior capital markets and advisory capabilities, our team excels in delivering exceptional execution. BCM is organised across coverage and product teams, covering Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions, Fund Finance, and M&A, among others. Join us to shape our tomorrow and build a bright future with Wells Fargo. **Coverage Teams** Provides a full range of services to clients across the following client types: + Corporate Banking + Financial Institutions + Fund Finance **Product Teams** Provides a full range of execution capabilities and services to clients in the following products: + Debt Capital Markets and Advisory + Loan Syndications + M&A + Real Estate Syndicated Finance As well as our leading commercial real estate lending business: + Commercial Real Estate (CRE) that is also part of the Corporate & Investment Banking division and delivers real estate banking services to corporate clients, including fund managers, large private property companies, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). The CRE EMEA team provides a strategic bridge for the bank to support US clients investing in assets located in the EMEA region and to introduce domestic clients to the wider Wells Fargo franchise. **Required** + Penultimate year undergraduate with an expected graduation date of June 2027 + Demonstratable interest in finance through work experience or extra-curricular achievement + A record of academic excellence + Fluent in English **Desired** + Knowledge of another language other than English.
