Description:
Ryder System, Inc. is actively seeking a Quality Coordinator to join its team in Amarillo, TX . This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment where you’ll be part of a team working with modern equipment in a safety-first culture.

Position Highlights:

• Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Weekly pay structure
• Products Handled: Pallets

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years’ experience in manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environments preferred
• Familiarity with inspection and quality control methods and documentation
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with various levels of the organization
• Independent and collaborative work style
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Solid computer skills (QA tools, spreadsheets, word processors, databases)
• Comfortable following procedures and quality standards

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and apply quality standards for production and development
• Act as the main quality assurance contact for department supervisors
• Monitor, analyze, and report on quality metrics and losses
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts
• Participate in audits and maintain compliance with all quality protocols
• Ensure all products meet customer, state, and federal requirements
• Perform other related duties as needed
