Directly supervise our over-the-road drivers, outside carriers, and back up for drivers and daily dispatch, as needed. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include input into interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving personnel issues. Verifying product conformance to company specifications, HACCP/CTS guidelines, and quality standards. Maintaining all documentation and records required by Federal law. Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completely and properly filled out and processed. Ensuring that the product is delivered under safe and sanitary conditions. Responsibilities also include the attainment of budgetary levels throughout the process. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$60,900-$87,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
