Saturday & Sunday | 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM | $18+/hr + Incentive Opportunities
Continuum Home Health Care is hiring a dedicated and extremely reliable caregiver to support high-priority clients in Holland, MI during evening weekend hours. This is an excellent opportunity to supplement your week with consistent part-time hours while making a direct impact.
Position Details:

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
*
Pay: Starting at $18/hr, with performance-based incentives available
*
Client Type: High-priority clients who require skilled, attentive, and consistent care
What You’ll Bring:

Weekend reliability and the ability to show up every shift - rain, shine, or snow
*
Experience in personal care, mobility assistance, and in-home support
*
A calm, capable presence in high-need situations

Ability to work independently and follow client-specific care plans

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
